Have a think about the different ways to stay healthy. Can you write these in a list? Or talk to an adult about them?
Today we are thinking about exercise. Do you do any exercising? What do you enjoy? What happens to your body when you exercise?
Activities:
- Follow the work out link and carry out the exercises.
- Complete the activity sheet thinking about what happened to your body as you did your exercising.
- Chill out when you have completed it. Looking after your well being is just as important as physical exercise to keep a healthy body and healthy mind! Feel free to download and print off the mindfulness colourings. Or you could do your own drawing and colouring to help you relax.
