Monday P.S.H.E

Today in Jigsaw we are thinking about the food that we eat each day. Have a look in your cupboards and see if you can spot some healthy foods and less healthy foods. Can you write a list of what you find? 

 

Ask an adult to help you find out the nutritional information on the packaging. Can you identify the salt, sugar and saturated fat content? Choose an item and complete the sheet. 

Can you complete the food wheel? Draw or write some foods you would choose to each and decide which group they are from.
