Spring 1

Friday 31st January; We all celebrated Mr Whelan’s birthday! The children sang Happy Birthday and enjoyed a party at Golden time, with games and music.

Interventions: We have been working closely with the children to understand their individual likes, to help them self regulate, improve tolerance and progress with their learning. The children enjoy one to one time using the movement pod, playing football with staff and being creative with junk modelling.

Structured play: The children have really enjoyed baking this term, helping them explore different flavours. The children are now starting to bake independently, their understanding of food hygiene is improving, their confidence in measuring and timing is increasing.
