The care that she has for ** was evident in the way that she spoke about **, she has been supporting ** all week and is continuing to do so to make sure ** has everything ** needs and settles in okay, including offering to **. Following our conversation the other evening, we would like to express our sincere gratitude for all the help and support ** has received during ** time at Willow Grove.

The progress ** has made compared to last school year is truly remarkable. ** is a transformed child — no longer overwhelmed with anxiety or reluctant to attend school. ** now goes in happily and genuinely enjoys ** time there. This positive change has also had a significant impact at home, greatly reducing stress and improving our family dynamics.

While we are saddened that ** only has ** years remaining at Willow Grove, we are reassured knowing ** will continue to flourish under your care and guidance.
