Our Religious Education curriculum follows the Jigsaw RE scheme, providing pupils with an engaging, enquiry-based approach to exploring religions and non-religious worldviews. Children investigate big questions about beliefs, values, meaning and ways of living, developing their knowledge while learning to reflect, discuss and think critically. Jigsaw RE follows a progressive spiral approach, enabling pupils to revisit important concepts and deepen their understanding as they move through school. Through learning about a diverse range of religious and non-religious worldviews, pupils develop curiosity, empathy and respect, while recognising that people may hold different beliefs, traditions and perspectives.

Be Safe: We create a safe space where everyone can ask questions, share their thoughts and explore different beliefs without fear of judgement.

Be Kind: We respect and value people of all religions, beliefs and worldviews, recognising that everyone has the right to their own beliefs and traditions.

Be Positive: We approach different beliefs and cultures with curiosity and an open mind, celebrating diversity and learning from one another.
